The Master Cleanse! Step 1 to becoming a Glamazon!

Day 1- Master Cleanse

This is not my 1st attempt at this Master Cleanse madness this is actually my 5th or 6th attempt the longest I made it was 5 full days. However, there is no choice in the matter now, it is a must. With this being apart of Glamazon Squad basic training I have to complete it. How can I expect anyone one to do something I haven't done, as one of my mentor would say.

My mother so-called started with me but I caught her in a box of cheese-it crackers which really counts her out. This is a CLEANSE not a DIET! Meaning their is no room for error if eat the cleansing process has been interupted.

I can't lie its not easy but I'm glad we have reached the end of day 1! I drank 2 22 ounce bottles of the lemonade which is a little short of the 60 per day im supposed to consume but I will make up for it tomorrow. Im just ready to get this thing over with, I know my body needs it.

Finally! The Mixtape has come!!! Jinjer a new female hip-hop sensation has aligned with Champagne Kings, Inc and they are prepared to take on the game! This phenom has an unheard lyrically delivery that has NEVER been seen in hip-hop. If you think that is impressive wait until you see her performance.
